The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook gourmet meals, and the patio off the living room is a great place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages of your choice. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry and dish pods are provided. Renting beach umbrellas and chairs locally is recommended to make your stay even more enjoyable. Located in the highly sought after Deerfield community of Surfside, this townhome is about 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. Deerfield is perfectly positioned between Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business with 4 grocery stores within 2 miles of the location as well as plenty of delicious dining options. Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, a car is recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance, and noise should be kept at a reasonable sound level. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Checkout is at 10am. No pets are allowed by renters. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.
