The living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa, complete with a premium mattress. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Deerfield is perfectly positioned between Hwy 17 Bypass and Hwy 17 Business with four grocery stores within 2 miles of the location as well as plenty of delicious dining options. Just 15 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, a car is recommended, though Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Uber will get you to the property for about $20-25. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per city ordinance. Pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people, including infants and children. Please treat our home and the grounds with the same respect as you would your own. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.
