This Grand Palms property is a peaceful retreat away from the cramped beachfront condo scene. Spacious and modern, the villa features 3 beds and 3 full baths, providing plenty of room for the extended family. You can cook gourmet meals in the full-sized and fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy family meals with ample seating. Each guest bedroom has its own private bathroom, with two offering en-suite baths. The villa also includes walk-in closets, premium cable with large flat-screen TVs, complimentary resort Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Within 3 miles or a 10-minute drive, you'll find three grocery stores, Target, and Walmart. Additional dining and shopping options are available at the Market Common, perfect for an evening stroll with the family. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 8, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies; a dryer is provided in each unit.
