The layout is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups. Guests have access to a swimming pool and fitness center, along with bi-weekly cleaning, fresh linens, utilities, and two free parking spaces. Pets are welcome with a one-time $55 fee for stays under 45 days or $55 per month for stays of 45 days or more. Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.
