Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay for a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Welcome to West Ocean View, one of Norfolk’s most relaxed and coastal neighborhoods. This area offers the perfect blend of peaceful residential living and easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and city conveniences. Just minutes from the shoreline, West Ocean View is known for its laid-back charm, walkable streets, and friendly community feel. The neighborhood sits in a convenient spot for travelers, only a short drive from Norfolk International Airport, Downtown Norfolk, and Naval Station Norfolk, making it ideal for both leisure stays and extended work assignments. Additional fees will apply for the following: smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), and dirty dishes ($50). A missing towel will incur a charge of $20 per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late check-out fee.
