Gather around the dining table for hearty meals and laughter – it's the perfect spot to connect and share stories. The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked and ready for longer stays, making meal prep a breeze. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient tucked-away half bath and a full-sized washer and dryer to make extended stays even more comfortable. Head upstairs to find two large, cozy queen bedrooms and a beautifully remodeled full-size bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo – ideal for winding down after a day of exploring or working remotely. Out back, enjoy the peaceful backyard space – perfect for sipping morning coffee or soaking up some sunshine. Additional fees apply for smoking indoors, vomit or bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, glitter or confetti, unauthorized pets, dirty dishes, and missing towels. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at the property. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact immediately. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party. Failing to vacate the property by the posted or agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm and 8am. Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
