The fully stocked kitchen is complete with everything you need to feel right at home. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient tucked-away half bath and a full-sized washer and dryer to make extended stays even more comfortable. Head upstairs to find two large, cozy queen bedrooms and a beautifully remodeled full-size bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Forgotten personal items may be shipped domestically within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Just minutes from the shoreline, West Ocean View is known for its laid-back charm, walkable streets, and friendly community feel. The neighborhood sits in a convenient spot for travelers, only a short drive from Norfolk International Airport, Downtown Norfolk, and Naval Station Norfolk, making it ideal for both leisure stays and extended work assignments. Smoking indoors will result in an additional fee of $250. Vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, will result in a $250 fee. Glitter or confetti will result in a $200 fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fee per pet. Dirty dishes will result in a $50 fee. Missing towels will result in a $20 fee per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
