Easy elevator access from the parking garage, no stairs required. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests. Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans, and cooking utensils. Spices, oil, or anything perishable are not stocked. The complex features an all-year-round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, four tennis courts, an HOA Clubhouse, and direct beach access at the southwest edge of the complex. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This unit has elevator access from its floor to the parking garage. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. Construction or noise from neighbors is not monitored and should be taken into consideration when booking.
