Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, and Gulfstream Park are 20 to 30 minutes away. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is permitted. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day.
