This apartment is located on the beach with a lovely and equipped balcony. In the morning, go for a walk on the beach and enjoy the ocean. The property is part of a condo offering a wide range of facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, and convenient store. Located on the famous Collins Avenue, this large apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hob, dishes, and glassware, along with a full kitchen, living, and dining area. Parking is not included, and the garage is not managed by us. The cost per day is $35 from Friday to Sunday and on holidays, $45 per day, $175 weekly, and $450 monthly. Situated in Miami Beach's Mid Beach/Millionaires Row area, this location is highly desirable as it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for oceanfront living and ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks. The bus station is in front of the building, and you can also use Uber and Lyft for fast, easy, and affordable transportation. You are just 10 minutes by car from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, and Wynwood. If you prefer to go north, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, and Gulfstream Park are 20 to 30 minutes away, always with the ocean on your side. Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day. The washer and dryer are in the corridor. Direct beach access is available without needing to cross the street. Just take the elevator to the lower level, walk past the pool, and you are on the beach, making it very safe for children. Before your arrival, you must complete a form to access the apartment.
