Guests should be aware that there may be increased noise levels from nearby construction during the day. Swimming is at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. For safety, no diving or running is permitted. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
