The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. For parties greater than 10 people, an additional air mattress is available upon request. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Please note that this is a pet-free rental, but small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, and no unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. The property is equipped with cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all individuals, including children and infants, in the booking and provide their full names and ages. The property is pet-free unless prior authorization is given. Please respect community guidelines and keep the property clean inside and out. Parking is limited to 4 standard-size cars on the premises, with no overnight street parking allowed.
