The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a dining table for four and a dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king-size memory foam bed, while the two other guest rooms each have a queen-size bed. The bathroom includes a bathtub/shower, a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and clean hotel-quality towels. The living room offers a modern and comfortable couch, a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku, basic local channels, and high-speed internet. The cooling and heating system is equipped with humidifier control for additional comfort, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each use. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Located in a prime area near Buford/Sugar Hill, this home is only 8 minutes from Hamilton Mills and the Mall of Georgia, making it a convenient choice for shopping and entertainment. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m. A penalty fee of half the night’s stay will be applied automatically for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with 24/7 security cameras outside for added security. Guests must include all guests, including children and infants, in the booking and provide full names and ages within 24 hours before or after check-in. The guest whose account is used to book must be present for check-in. Local guests must communicate before booking. Guests must have a crime-free record and not carry weapons on the property. Parking is limited to four standard-size cars, with no overnight street parking allowed. The property receives regular pest control treatment, but insects and pests may still be present due to the Georgia climate. Guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property. Please take off your shoes when entering the house and do not answer the door to unknown individuals. Keep the property clean inside and outside, and ensure all exterior doors remain closed to prevent pests. Trash must be sealed and placed in the bin by the garage at check-out, and guests staying on Wednesdays should put out trash containers for pickup. If approved to bring a pet, guests must adhere to the pet policy, including providing bedding, keeping pets off furniture, and cleaning up after them. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
