Parking is available with 3 first-come, first-serve spaces in the parking lot at the back of the building, with a limit of 1 car per apartment. Street parking is free and available on the block. Shared, free laundry facilities are located in the basement, accessible from the backyard stairwell. The apartment is dog-friendly with a pet rent of $90 per dog per month, but there is a strict no cats policy. Situated just 1 block from City Park and 5 blocks from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens, this apartment offers easy access to a variety of attractions.
