Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Free parking is available for your convenience. Nestled near Papago Park, Old Town, Desert Botanical Garden, and Camelback Mountain, this apartment provides easy access to hiking trails, golf, shopping, dining, and spring training, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and adventure. Unapproved late checkout or early check-in will incur a charge of $100 per hour. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio or balcony, and within 50 feet of the property, with a $500 fine for violations. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $200. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction for violations. Noise detection monitors are present. Guests must inform us at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled with no refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. Moving furniture, especially on the balcony, is not allowed and will result in a $100 fine. Exterior cameras must not be obstructed or tampered with, with a warning issued for the first offense and reservation cancellation without refund for the second offense. Windows only open a few inches for safety purposes, and guests must ensure they are not forced open beyond the designated limit.
