This apartment features a chef’s kitchen, wine fridge, walk-in closets, a private patio, and luxe baths. Enjoy access to the resort pool, rooftop lounge, clubroom, 24-hour gym, parcel concierge, smart home tech, and fast Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. Steps from hiking trails, golf, shopping, dining, and spring training, this apartment offers a desert escape with city access. Unapproved late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will incur a $200 fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and any evidence will result in a $500 fine, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras, and a second offense will result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, and please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit.
