The property is located next door to a 24-hour Speedway convenience store/gas station and CVS pharmacy. Tower Deli is also walking distance, and Kroger is less than a mile away. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed unless pre-approved. There is a zero tolerance policy on the property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come and go. If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours should be observed to respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down.
