Welcome home to this peaceful and centrally located 1-bedroom apartment situated on a quiet street near the University of Cincinnati, downtown, Over the Rhine, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, and other great destinations. With high ceilings and soaring windows, this well-appointed apartment offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable short-term or long-term stay. You'll have a cozy-comfy queen bed, a well-appointed kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to a free washer and dryer in the basement. Enjoy a large flat-screen TV and off-street parking in our driveway, making it perfect for long or short stays, including travel nurses and other work assignments. With free off-street parking, you can park with ease. You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise, you will likely need to Uber, Lyft, or call a car. Luckily, we have free on-site parking. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the Streetcar (Free!). Our dedicated communications team is available to answer your questions from 9 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. Communication after hours is for emergencies only. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8 AM. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. Violating our rules may result in reservation termination without refund and may incur additional fees. A $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. A $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair cleanup. A $200 cleaning fee applies for units found in complete disorder. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Security fees may apply if we incur costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, with a minimum security fee of $150.
