This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in! It is in the best spot in Covington - a ton to do, but still quiet and cozy. The apartment itself is gorgeous. The office staff is extremely accommodating and responsive. The gym is so great that I cancelled my gym membership. Everyone is very friendly. Safe area. Close to sushi, pizza, and very popular bars! Very large island, super spacious closet, and gorgeous tiles above the kitchen counter. I can’t say enough positive things about this place, it is an amazing place to live!

Our daughter and her fiancé lived at Duveneck Square last year and loved the location, amenities, and their awesome balcony! Best of all, it was walking distance to lots of cool restaurants. The property manager Jeremy was great to work with from beginning to end. They would still live there, but her job took them to Charlotte, NC. Highly recommend, we loved to visit!!

I have lived with Duveneck over a year and am still so in love with living here! Since joining the community last March, I have take advantage of the 400 dollar referral bonus and have had two different friends move in as well! I won’t ever stop recommending Duveneck to anyone looking for an apartment. Everyone in office and maintenance staff are very friendly and always quick to respond! 5 stars!
Living at Duveneck Square, Apartments has been fantastic! The location is perfect, the quality is top-notch, and the staff, especially property manager Jeremy, is exceptional. Always smiling, helpful, and kind. Couldn’t ask for more!

While apartment hunting, one of my friends recommended her apartment complex. She spoke very highly of her experience at Duveneck Square, so I was very interested. I toured an available unit earlier this week, and I had the best experience! The entire complex is very updated, clean, secure, and welcoming! Each unit looks very well-maintained, and the location is amazing! You really do get your money's worth from what I can tell so far. After our tour wrapped up, I immediately sat down to complete an application. Their team is very responsive and took the initiative to thank me and follow up throughout the process. Thank you for such an amazing experience thus far!
Duveneck Square has everything we were looking for in an apartment. The location can't be beat, beautiful apartments, in unit washer and dryer and many great amenities. What impressed us most was the property manager, Jeremy. He is not only quick to respond to emails, he also encourages and welcomes questions. We have learned that is now always the case at other communities.
After living at Duveneck for 15 months, I wanted to update my review. Our experience has been outstanding. Jeremy, property manger, is very professional while also being welcoming and approachable. He is quick to respond to emails and his communication is excellent. Mary, leasing agent, is always friendly and eager to help however she can. It is nice to be able to pop into her office with a quick question.
Maintenance issues were always handled promptly, usually within 24 hours or less. We found the maintenance team to be knowledgeable and professional.
The property is well maintained, landscaped and furnishings are updated and provide an inviting community space. We especially enjoy the grab and go breakfasts the are provided occasionally. Along with that are fun Bingo nights with dinner at a local eatery and other holiday parties and gatherings.
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience at the Duveneck has been!

Been at Duveneck for almost 2 years now and I’m hoping a couple more- really love this spot. Cutest little neighborhood with so much to do! I moved here from out of town and wasn’t familiar with the concept of breweries being more of like a club environment so I will say heads up, in the summer it can get a little noisy with the brewery behind Duve. They’re great about turning the music off in accordance with the noise ordinance so it’s really not *that* bad. Truly the pros outweigh the cons, this place is so well managed, clean, and well located that compared to other places in the same price range, it just doesn’t make sense to not love it here.

Great experience touring the facilities from Jeremy! Stayed past office hours to help accomodate my busy schedule, very attentive, warm and welcoming! Got everything lined up for me same day but didnt pressure us into anything. 5 stars across the board.
