Feel at home in this spacious yet cozy 3-bedroom home, located steps from all the action of UC, OTR, and Findlay Market. It is also perfect for those needing extremely close proximity to Cincinnati's best medical campuses. The property is the last house on the left at the top of the street. You'll need to walk up two flights of steps from the sidewalk to the front porch to access the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with your basic needs if you'd like to spend some time cooking at home, and there is a free washer and dryer for your convenience in the basement. You'll have access to the entire home besides the storage area. This home is centrally located near many attractions. There are quite a few steps to get into the home, and there is no other way to access the property. Please be aware if you have mobility issues. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing, and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, and cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, and there is an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace stained carpets or linens. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs are incurred arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund.
