We have lived in the Trails at Mariemont for the past two years, and it has been a great place to live right after college. The apartments are very spacious and have an open-feel which is exactly what we were looking for. We have to give thanks to the current Property Manager, Jason Trexler, for making our stay this past year even better. He is determined to make this property feel like a home for every resident. Jason is great at communicating with the community here, making sure everyone is well-informed and on the same page. Even down some maintenance personnel throughout his time as the Property Manager, Jason made sure to attend to each problem that arose himself if he had to. Would highly recommend this property to anyone that is interested!

We have had the enjoyable experience of living at The Trails of Mariemont since July 2024. The property manager, Jason Trexler, went above and beyond in assisting us with our long distance rental and move. Jason is available by phone or text, for more hours a day than any one person should work. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a welcomed amenity this summer and there were several community parties hosted there by the property and/or their suppliers. The apartments are reasonably priced, spacious and updated. Kelsey, the maintenance manager is prompt to respond to any issue, large or small and is knowledgeable about home maintenance. Both Jason and Kelsey are approachable and super friendly. We’re very glad we chose The Trails as our home.
