In-unit laundry is available, and a 50" HD smart TV is available for guests to use. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 for 12PM, all subject to approval. Minutes away from Downtown Tampa, this apartment is perfectly located to enjoy a quick ride to the beach or downtown. Whole Foods Market, True Food Kitchen, and Colony Grill are within a short walk. Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena are a short drive away. You can be anywhere in the Metro-Tampa area within 10 minutes, with convenient access to major roads and highways. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, No Pitbulls, All pets must be housetrained, Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Includes free high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 1GBPS upload/download speeds.
