The second bedroom is equally inviting with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is a fun and functional space featuring a bunk bed with queens. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and smart TVs with access to streaming channels in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and features a wall-mounted pot filler for convenience. Enjoy up to 7 people in the hot tub, warm upon arrival. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway. Two kayaks are available for daily rentals for a fee, located a block away on the dock of a lakeside property. Please message for more details and desired timeline, with 24-hour notice required to guarantee availability. Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two dogs per reservation. The property has no fenced-in area, so dogs must be taken out on a leash. You will be within a walkable block from the lake park with full public lake access, views of the marina, and is in close proximity to the nature center, Sansom park, and a close drive to downtown Fort Worth, the zoo, and so much more Fort Worth has to offer. It is common during the weekdays and daytime hours that the nearby military base is doing fighter jet trainings above the lake, and will be noticeably loud noise when they go directly overhead. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized events or parties will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, plus any additional expenses incurred to clean/remedy the property. You may be ordered to vacate the property immediately if a violation of the event/party policy is discovered, and in this event, no refund will be provided. No smoking inside the house. The hot tub cover is only to be removed when in use, and must be covered at all other times when not in use. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with a smart lock. Guests may be required to verify that the named reservation holder is one of the occupants staying in the rental. Booked guest count must be accurate, and the property reserves the right to require correction, withhold access, or cancel the reservation if guests arrive with an excess guest count. Any early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand and may incur a fee. If the renter damages the home or any of its belongings, they may be charged up to the full amount of any needed repair/replacement. The renter is responsible for reimbursing expenses to replace/repair any items/contents of the rental that are not returned/present on check-out or damaged requiring replacement.
