Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. If you are locked out and building staff assists you, there is a minimum fee of $65. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas. Do not block elevator doors or hold them open, as it will shut down the elevator. Pizza boxes or large items should not be put into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50 for violations.
