Enjoy meals at the 4-person dining table and unwind in the living area with flat-screen TVs and Netflix. For your convenience, early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional cost of $30, subject to availability. Pets are welcome with an extra fee of $100. Beach essentials, a pack 'n play, and a cooler are available upon request. Situated in a prime location, this apartment allows you to explore the vibrant Miami scene with ease. Whether you're strolling to nearby dining options or taking a short drive to popular areas like Brickell, Wynwood, and MiMo, you'll find plenty to see and do. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are not allowed, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund.
