A $300 fine will be assessed for smoking inside or hosting parties on the property. If FOB/access cards are lost, the replacement fee is $250. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
