After a day of walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. A central air conditioner and a window AC unit upstairs ensure a relaxing temperature. Pets are welcome with a fee of $99 per dog, with a maximum of 2. Get an authentic taste of Portlandia with local restaurants, markets, and shops all within walking distance. Blazing fast Wi-Fi is great for streaming or for those who need to get some work done. Check-out is by 11AM with self check-in using a keypad. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, and smoking tobacco or marijuana inside will result in a $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. Lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned keys are subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Please remove your shoes when indoors. Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest, so please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and dispose of food waste promptly. Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75.
