The main home includes a cozy living room with a smart TV. Enjoy outdoor amenities such as a large conversation set, an outdoor shower, and a grill. The garage will not be available for guest use. Located in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by water, this home is one mile from downtown and three miles from St. Augustine Beach. It's also a short walk to local favorites like Mojos Tacos, Putt Putt, and Chop Shop. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, underage drinking, and foreign objects down the toilet are strictly prohibited. Renters are 100% liable for any property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. You are required to follow the house rules or risk being removed from the property.
