This dog-friendly house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including cozy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the marsh, or grill up a delicious meal on the patio while taking in the serene surroundings. Adult bikes are available for exploring the area. One dog under 30 lbs is permitted for a nonrefundable pet fee of $100. Just a short walk away from the Lighthouse and Alligator Farm, and only 1.5 miles from historic downtown, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions. For beach lovers, Anastasia State Park is just 1 mile away, offering pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr.
