This dog-friendly house offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including cozy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the marsh, or grill up a delicious meal on the patio while taking in the serene surroundings. Adult bikes are available for exploring the area. One dog under 30 lbs is welcome with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Just a short walk away from the Lighthouse and Alligator Farm, and only 1.5 miles from historic downtown, you'll have easy access to all the local attractions. For beach lovers, Anastasia State Park is just 1 mile away, offering pristine sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties or other large group gatherings are permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is permitted. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. Door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr.
