Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. Any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount that is needed to pay cleaners.
