Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
