Located less than a 15-minute walk to downtown and a 10-minute drive to Vilano Beach, this cottage is just a few minutes' walk to many local favorites including Sunday Gathering Table, Raintree, and Juniper. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. No parties are allowed. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. If a late check-out or early check-in can be accommodated, $15 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile). |
