Feel at home in this newly renovated historic cottage in the heart of Lincolnville, only a short walk to everything in the Historic District. This home features 2 king-size bedrooms and a cozy front porch for coffee or cocktails. This charming cottage from the early 1900's has been meticulously remodeled and features great amenities like a soaking/lounge pool, propane grill, and plenty of outdoor seating. The 2 identical king-size bedrooms with memory foam mattresses share a unique jack-and-jill bathroom. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens and fluffy, white towels. The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for in-home meals, including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, combination drip and single-use (Keurig style) coffee machine, and combination washer/dryer. A beginning supply of k-pods is provided at check-in. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Guests can bring their bikes, with Drifters offering daily bike rentals and drop-off directly at the home. Pineapple Ride and Tour provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person. The Old Town Trolley Tours is a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service. Nestled on a quiet one-way street, this home is a short walk to all of the city's famous attractions. Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Many of the top St. Augustine attractions are just minutes away by foot from the home. Enjoy some local favorite restaurants nearby such as Preserved, Blue Hen, and Bantam Chef. Guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions making it easy to get around on foot. There is no designated off-street parking, but there is plenty of free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. Due to the pool, this home is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or young children under the age of 12. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
