The home offers great amenities like a heated soaking/lounge pool, a propane grill, and plenty of outdoor seating, providing the perfect ways to relax after exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for in-home meals, including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and a combination drip and single-use coffee machine. A combination washer/dryer is also available. Parking is not included with this home. However, there is plenty of free street parking available within 1-2 blocks in all directions. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city, and Lincolnville is home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, offering flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone just a short stroll from the house. The home is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or young children under the age of 12 due to the pool. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed, including on the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in cancellation of the reservation. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees.
