Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not properly disposed of. Nestled in the historic Lincolnville neighborhood, known for its late Victorian architecture and charm, this cottage is within walking distance to St. Augustine's tourism epicenter. Enjoy flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment right at your doorstep. It's conveniently located near the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. Popular attractions like the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum are also a short stroll away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. There is an actively recording security camera at the front door of the home. Tampering with the camera may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
