This cottage features 2 spacious bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between, a living room with a queen pull-out sofa, a smart TV with FuboTV offering 125+ cable channels and live TV, and a gorgeous backyard with outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub. Two off-street parking spaces are available. One dog under 50 lbs can be accommodated with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Coco's Cozy Cabana is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between, there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house. Guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries, and attractions making it easy to get around on foot. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. There is a security camera located at the front of the home, facing the driveway and property entrance only. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of (Bagged and placed in outside trash bin) ($50 per pile).
