Featuring two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, this home offers a cozy living room with a queen pull-out sofa. Enjoy the convenience of two coveted off-street parking spaces, a smart TV with FuboTV offering over 125 cable channels and live TV, and a gorgeous backyard with outdoor seating and a brand new hot tub. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $100 for one dog under 50 lbs. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, with a fee of $50 per pile. St. Augustine, the nation's most historic city, is home to Lincolnville, a neighborhood with the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 140-acre walkable neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter and offers flavorful dining, art, and culture with abundant entertainment right on your doorstep. The cottage is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there's something for everyone, all just a short stroll from the house. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a fee of $50 per hour. A laptop computer is not included.
