The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the sleek granite breakfast bar or gather around the dining area set for six. The home is perfectly set up for remote workers or students with a custom workspace by the window and upgraded high-speed internet. The property is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. Free parking is included with your stay. Explore the city with ease using the Old Town Trolley Tours, a hop-on, hop-off service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. An attempt to tamper with or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. The home is equipped for remote work with a custom workspace by the window and upgraded high-speed internet to keep you connected to important calls. A laptop computer is not included.
