Feel at home in this beautiful Hamptons-style home in leafy Lincolnville, just minutes from Downtown St. Augustine’s historic district. This sun-filled home features an open-plan living area with a luxe leather lounge and a big-screen smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds topped with soft, quality bedding. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or singles with a twin over queen bunk bed. The central bathroom offers a relaxing full-size bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and soft, fluffy towels. You'll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy outdoor spaces with rocking chairs on the front patio and an expansive rear patio with a lounge and BBQ, and a newly installed plunge pool and sun deck. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. A pet can be added to the reservation for a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Located in Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this home is within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals where guests can bring along their own boat. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. A $50 per pile fee will be applied if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. Includes a custom workspace by the window with upgraded high-speed internet. Guests are welcome to take out one of the supplied Cruiser bikes.
