Located in leafy Lincolnville, feel at home in this beautiful Hamptons-style home, just minutes from downtown St. Augustine’s historic district. The home features a sun-filled living area with a gourmet kitchen and sparkling bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each offering comfortable beds topped with soft, quality bedding. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom two features a queen bed, while bedroom three is perfect for kids or singles with a twin over queen bunk bed. The central bathroom offers a full-size bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Pool heat is available for $25 per day and a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 will be included for one dog under 50 lbs. The home is located within leafy Lincolnville, home to the largest concentrations of late Victorian-era buildings in the city and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The house is right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay. You’ll have access to Cruiser bikes along with helmets and locks giving you another great way to see the city at your own pace. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to follow the house rules during their stay or risk being removed from the property.
