Feel at home in this sun-filled home that features beautiful outdoor spaces. The home features a modern open-plan living area with a luxe leather lounge and a big-screen smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, double chef ovens, a glass cooktop, a built-in microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, and a dishwasher. There is also a sleek granite breakfast bar and a stylish dining area set for six. The central bathroom offers a full-size bath with an overhead shower and a vanity stocked with essentials, plus soft, fluffy towels. You'll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the front porch with rocking chairs and an expansive rear patio with a lounge, BBQ, and plunge pool and sun deck. Pool heat is available for $30 per day and a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 will be applied for one dog under 50 lbs. Located within walking distance of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, this 140-acre walkable neighborhood is one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. The home is right across the street from a marina with daily dock rentals where guests can bring along their own boat and see the city from a different perspective. Jump aboard the Trolley to take an easy tour of the city or cycle out on the supplied Cruiser bikes and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay. You’ll have access to Cruiser bikes along with helmets and locks giving you another great way to see the city at your own pace. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the partner prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
