Self check-in is available with building staff, and all guests must be registered to gain access. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, with a $400 fine for eliminating smoke odors. Noise complaints after 9:00 pm are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges and possible eviction without a refund. Additional guests beyond the booking confirmation are not allowed, and reservations from third parties are prohibited.
