The apartment features 842 square feet of space, a king-size bed, a sofa bed, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. This apartment offers a resort-style experience with access to a 300-foot pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, free fitness classes, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center, and on-site restaurants including Cipriani and La Cantina No. 20. Inside, you'll find high-end toiletries and a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and more. Enjoy easy access to popular destinations like Ocean Drive, Bayside Marketplace, and the Adrienne Arsht Center, all within a short drive. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Pets are not permitted. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. ✨Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool. Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
