Feel at home in this Nashville apartment, ideally located within walking distance of Hillsboro Village and Belmont, and less than a mile from Vanderbilt. This apartment is minutes from Downtown, Music Row, Mid-Town, The Gulch, and 1.9 miles from Geodis Park. This apartment features a fully stocked, brand new kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining table. There is also an open kitchen and living room, a second upstairs lounge, and an outdoor balcony with seating. Enjoy plush beds, hotel amenities, and two smart TVs. A vanity/glam table with a mirror and a bar cart are also available. There are lots of "gram" worthy shots and a ring light with a stand for all your memorable selfies. Towels and linen are provided, as are travel-sized toiletries, two hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the carport adjacent to the house. Free parking is available in a private garage that can park two medium to small vehicles. Additional cars can park in the parking area behind the house or in free street parking. Paid parking is available at The Moxie across the street. Walk two minutes to historic and fabulous Hillsboro Village. Conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Hillsboro Village is a collection of shops, boutiques, and restaurants perfect for a day’s stroll. Adjacent to Hillsboro Village is the Belmont area, which is home to Belmont University, a historic home, shops, and some great eating. Grab a fabulous breakfast at the famous Pancake Pantry, ice cream at Jeni's Splendid, yummy grub at Fido and Cabana and go see a hip flick at the historic boutique Belcourt Theater. Plenty of chic boutiques, bars, eateries, and coffee shops to enjoy. Quick and cheap Uber/Lyfts are available to anywhere. It is 18 minutes from BNA Airport, 8 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks, and 8 minutes to the Gulch. Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on the property unless pre-approved prior to your stay. Decorations are not allowed on wallpaper, and all decorations must be removed before departure. Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Luggage drops are not allowed. If you're looking for a property to host a rowdy group, this is not the right fit. Disturbing guests will be asked to leave.
