A Tesla Model 3 is available for rent for an additional cost. Nestled in San Diego County, Escondido offers a captivating blend of attractions, from lush parks to charming wineries. The home is a short 5-minute drive from the Comedy Club, 15 minutes from Safari Park and wineries, and 25 minutes from downtown San Diego. Nearby attractions include the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, California Center for the Arts, Daley Ranch, Grape Day Park, Orfila Vineyards & Winery, and Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. No fires, candles, or fireworks of any sort are allowed in or around the house due to the location in a high fire zone. The fireplace is currently inoperable and off-limits. Pets are not allowed without permission. The front deck and top of the carport are currently off limits and cannot be used at this time. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet and do not pour chemicals, medications, or oils down any drains. Please do not use any harsh household cleaners.
