Enjoy high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and smart Fire TVs in every room, giving you access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for family bonding or unwinding after a day of exploration and events, with board games left for you to enjoy time inside. Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a dog run on the side yard, BBQ grill, and a white rock outdoor sitting area with furniture, ideal for hanging out or evening relaxation. Challenge each other to some cornhole for added fun! Private parking is available on the premises, but all parking needs to remain on the property in the driveway that goes from front to back of the lot with entry at the front and exit gate at the back as necessary. Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs per stay, each up to 50 lbs. Additional cleaning charges may be incurred for failure to pick up after pets. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home is just a short drive away from AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, perfect for catching a game or concert. Globe Life Park is nearby to cheer on the Texas Rangers or enjoy a tour of this iconic ballpark. The home is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas, including downtown Dallas and Fort Worth. DFW International Airport is only a 25-minute drive away. Guests have full access to the entire property, including the backyard, with the exception of limited use of the garage. The garage cannot be parked in and is only intended to be accessed when using the washer/dryer. The floor of the driveway is very uneven and until the concrete is redone, it is not ready for use, but guests are still allowed to use it if desired. Access to the unit, check-in, and check-out, and communication will be fully automated with smart locks and a unique access code for a seamless experience. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized parties or events will incur an initial fee of $500 for the violation, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the breaking of this rule.
