Feel at home in this Lutz apartment, located on the third floor, offering a bright, open living area perfect for both short-term getaways and longer stays. This apartment features a full kitchen stocked with essentials, including a coffee maker and basic cookware. The comfy living area includes a large sofa and a breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen, as well as a separate dining area. Community amenities include a shared clubhouse with a lounge and fitness center, a basketball court, a community pool, a grill area, and walking and biking trails. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Tampa Palms offers a blend of suburban residential streets and urban charm, with easy access to the Florida Aquarium and Tampa Riverwalk. University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island are also nearby. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The trusted partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
