The spectacular kitchen, undeniably the heart of the home, features a center island, classic white cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances, fully equipped to inspire culinary creativity. The dining area offers both a functional space next to the kitchen and a formal dining area with a built-in hutch, perfect for any meal. The spacious living area, designed for creating great memories, includes an oversized sectional, vaulted ceilings, French patio doors, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. With 5 thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, including king and queen beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, you’re sure to get a good night’s rest every night of your stay. The nearly one-acre backyard features a fire pit, a swing, and a BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying the warm Texas weather. Free parking is available to guests, with a carport offering 2 covered spaces and plenty of space on the property. A fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and one of the best places to live in Texas. With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Nearby attractions include CAC Water Park, Stone Creek Park, Twin Coves Park, and Bridlewood Golf Club, all within a short drive. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions such as the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, CR Smith Museum, and Six Flags Over Texas are just a drive away. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Only registered guests are allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, ensuring your privacy as it does not record or store sound data. The fireplace is currently inoperable. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking to keep them off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The home is remote work-friendly, offering high-speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable living area to accommodate your work needs.
