The full kitchen is stocked for simple meal preparation, and a free washer and dryer, along with provided essentials, make longer stays effortless and convenient. Within the surrounding community you’ll find a shared pool, a fitness center, a basketball court, a clubhouse, lounge areas, a walking and biking trail, and a grill. Free parking is available on the premises. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and includes any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances and breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs, which are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
