Feel at home in this first-floor unit featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This apartment features a full kitchen with a breakfast nook and dining space. A free washer and dryer are available in the unit. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area for casual cookouts. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence. Located in Lutz, the home is a short drive from several popular spots: the University of South Florida is just 5 minutes away (2.2 mi), the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) is 8 minutes (4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes (4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes (5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park is 13 minutes (5.9 mi). Located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting, this ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor" spread throughout the community. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for the next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
