The modern bathrooms are equipped with high-pressure rainfall showers, plush towels, essential toiletries, luxury bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, and a hair dryer. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. All guests must complete an identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee.
