David came into my home identified himself as a new employee and had come to complete the work order. He was very polite friendly and professional. I must say he was detailed he didn't stop until he knew all areas of my kitchen sink had any issues. He even identified another issue and corrected it. I was very please with his service and sure he will be an access to the Heather Park Staff.
Real experience of apartment home living. Beauty, peace, and quiet. PET FRIENDLY. Maintenance handle orders fast and so friendly. Neighbors speak and stay to they self. Most important the apartment is worth every penny. I’m so ready for the winter to turn on my electric fire place or go by the pool with the kids and huddle around the outside fireplace and make smores :)

I just wanted to share a very positive experience that I had recently with a hot water heater that went out. I noticed water on my kitchen floor as I was getting ready for work one morning and the laundry room really had flooded. I went on to work knowing that they were on their way to fix it. When I came home, not knowing how much cleanup I would have, I was pleasantly surprised that the hot water heater was replaced and all water was cleaned up and a blower on the carpet. I totally appreciated their prompt response and excellent cleanup.
Living at Heather Park has been great for me. The Staff is friendly and professional. Whenever I need maintenance done, it is completely at a timely manner.
It’s very convenient to the shopping area, schools and if you use the public transportation the bus stop is nearby the complex.

I am more than impressed with this place! I looked at a lot of Garner apartment properties, and for the price I cannot believe what big, open airy rooms my 2 br has, with 9ft ceilings, HUGE bright windows, and BIG, private balcony!!! AND, all the units have their own washer/dryer IN THE UNIT!! It is so nicely located right in the middle of old Garner, off the beaten path so the traffic is minimal and it is so nice and quiet most of the time! As a single woman living alone I feel very safe here. Everything is nice and clean- Dee and Jon worked so hard to get my apartment super clean and nice for my arrival, and I am so grateful to them. :-) When I needed maintenance for anything they have come very quickly and fixed my problem ( burned out fridge bulb, & tiny leak in seal of toilet tank). The apartment managers, Carmela and Debbie treat me like we've been friends for years, and I feel like I could go to them for anything I need. I think the only thing I would change if I could is the flooring from carpet to hardwoods, but that is just a personal preference- the carpets were SPOTLESS, & looked brand new when I moved in. All of this AND THERE'S A POOL WITH GRILLS AND FIRE PIT, DOG PARK, PLAYGROUND, 24 HOUR FITNESS ROOM, PACKAGE ROOM, AND AMPLE PARKING!
If you are looking for the best bang for your buck in Garner/Raleigh- this is your place! Thanks to Carmela, Debbie, Dee and Jon for making me feel so welcome, and easing my transition into single apartment living. You all are THE BEST!

You know I see all these negative reviews with these complaining residents I'm a maintenance guy and let me tell you something this is a great property yeah it is some unruly residents and stuff that goes on around here but this is appartment living that's how it goes I understand it I love my apartment I've been here for years I don't know about the office staff I really don't have to deal with them because I just pay my rent I love maintenance Dee the maintenance supervisor is awesome her tech as well. People complain because they're ignorant if you lived in a house the stuff that we fix that doesn't cost you a dime would cost you thousands of dollars if you had your own home so don't complain because when you got this many apartments to maintain sometimes you get behind get over it I love this place.
