I moved into Camden Carolinian in Sept of 2020. Initially I was hesitant to live in a large apartment complex as in the past I have found them to be noisy, poorly managed and overpriced. My experience here has been fantastic. The majority of the people who live here are either retirees or working professionals so the building is quiet and for the most part the other tenants are respectful and courteous. The building is very well maintained and has great amenities. I have found the staff to be friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance even offered to help me jump my car when the battery died. Both Matt and Christina are amazing and sometimes I just drop by to chat with them. The entire staff has made the Carolinian feel like home during the turmoil of the past 2 years.
