This is my 3rd year at Sumter Square Apartments, I moved from second floor apartment to a townhouse apartment which is more comfortable for me and my husband. The office staff are amazing they are very nice and friendly also so helpful, they are available on Saturday and Sunday. the maintenance are experienced, fast, and friendly. They do cleaning as I notes every week to keep the area clean. This year they did upgrade the outside of the apartments sealing which gave it a new clean shape. About the safety for me I did not hear or experience any unsafe situation. Renting prices are so good comparing with the location and the quality of the service that this compound provide to the renters. I strongly recommend this apartments.

Is great, the people are friendly and the vibe is mellow. I will say is perfect. There really isn't anything bad I can say about the community. They help as much as they can. I left my keys in my car one day and they help me unlock mu car.
