You are only a block or two from the water, and there is very little through traffic in this growing neighborhood. A short Uber ride of about five to ten minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and much more. This apartment is very centrally located. Florida's tropical environment means you may encounter local wildlife, including insects. The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. No refunds will be issued for this. The apartment features a smart lock code for easy access, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Smoking inside the home is prohibited, and any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Parties and events are not allowed unless previously approved. Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors and maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM when outside.
