This townhouse is ideally located, with the Light Rail Station just a few blocks away and all the charming hotspots, including trendy breweries, stylish boutiques, delicious restaurants, and parks like Cordelia Park and Optimist Hall, just a short stroll away. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit and on the property, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove the smoke odor. All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages to the property. Any violation of the pet policy will incur a $500 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit. There is a security camera on the property. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
