Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM, with no loud music or noises allowed in the exterior or pool area. Violations may result in enforcement by local authorities and eviction without a refund. The pool is unheated and guests swim at their own risk, with no lifeguard on duty. Supervision is required for children and non-swimmers. Guests are encouraged to bring their own life jackets and flotation devices. No diving is allowed, and guests should maintain hygiene by showering before and after pool use. A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights, with the fee collected after booking. Starter supplies are provided, but additional supplies are the guest's responsibility unless the stay is 14 days or longer, in which case a mid-stay replenishment may be offered.
