The Reagan National Airport (DCA) is just one Metro stop away, and you are right next to the iconic 18-mile Mount Vernon Trail, perfect for a scenic bike ride or run. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered with full names and ID. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
