The property offers an extra-long gated driveway with space for three cars and free street parking. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. Famous late-night bars such as Tipitina’s, F&M’s, and Le Bon Ton are all within walking distance, as are countless restaurants and shops. Located in the Uptown neighborhood of NOLA, it's just a 10-minute ride to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street and close to Audubon Park, Tulane University, Mississippi River Heritage Park, and The National WWII Museum. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Magazine Street with its bars, restaurants, and music venues. The house is equipped with air conditioning, internet, and a smart TV. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 10 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Must climb stairs. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses for violations. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact management before their stay. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact management before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
