This recently remodeled house on the famous Tchoupitoulas Street offers beautiful wall art throughout the space, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and amazing architectural details unique to New Orleans. You will also have access to a spacious and fenced backyard with a beautiful patio with furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour. This single-level house with a spacious layout and historic architectural details comes with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. If you are planning for a family reunion, this place is ideal as it gives privacy for everyone in your group, yet provides enough space for a gathering and lively conversations. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request. Famous late-night bars such as Tipitina’s, F&M’s, and Le Bon Ton are all within walking distance, as are countless restaurants and shops. If all that sounds like too much, order in and put your feet up on the private back patio and a fenced backyard. This house is truly an urban oasis for an ideal New Orleans stay. We may use video surveillance in public areas. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking in the house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events. Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Pets are limited to cats, caged birds, and non-aggressive breeds of dogs. Maximum 2 pets per property. Guests are responsible for all damages to property and people which may be caused by the pet. The maximum size of the pet is 50 lbs. For one pet, guests should pay a $125 pet cleaning fee plus tax. For 2 pets, a total of $195 plus tax. Pets inside the properties must be kept clean and sanitary all the time. The guest should inform about pets right after the reservation. Any violation of the pet policy will incur up to a $500 fine, plus the cost to recover or clean the property. Pets must be kept on a leash under the guest’s supervision while outside the premises and must only be walked in designated pet areas. A “Pet Shovel” or the equivalent must be used at all times to remove pet waste from the property. All bedrooms feature smart TVs. The main room smart TV is 55 inches and has a soundbar that can play Bluetooth from your smartphone. Enjoy a spa-like atmosphere with continuous hot water for showers from a tankless water heater. Central air and heat, insulated, and ceiling fans throughout.
