It includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed and TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with a spectacular view of the Miami skyline, and an onsite washer and dryer. You can always use transportation platforms, such as Uber and Lyft, to get around. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. To ensure a secure experience, we kindly ask you to register the main guest staying with us by providing a photo ID on the day of check-in. Smoking is not allowed inside, as it may lead to a fine. Avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. If you require a late check-out, please contact us 24 hours in advance; please note that this will incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Don't forget to turn off the air conditioning when leaving; your cooperation is essential to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
