Situated on the ground floor of a multi-family complex, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible as two steps are needed to enter the unit. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and smart TV. A sofa bed is available in the living room, and the kitchen comes with full utensils, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, shared washer and dryer, linens, and towels. A parking spot is available on the premises. Early check-in and late check-out can be provided at an extra cost if available. A dog is allowed in the unit with an extra cleaning fee, and certain breeds are accepted based on the size of the apartment and the dog. Cats are not accepted. The building is conveniently located next to a train, offering fast transportation to Brickell and around Miami. However, the noise of the train can be heard from inside the unit. The check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive a unique code for entering, and more details will be provided by direct message. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You may be required to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required, which will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
