The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, and the dining area accommodates everyone. Enjoy outdoor dining with a BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen space. This pet-friendly home offers free parking on the premises and an in-unit washer/dryer. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay. A house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and host approval for a pet fee of $150. Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this home is just a short drive from Downtown Tampa (approx. 11 min) and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major highways like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. Guests are responsible for refilling propane for the grill. The dock is off-limits and not for guest use. The home is not baby-proofed. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 2, with parking available in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
