Experience a newly renovated Tampa retreat, perfect for families and groups seeking modern comfort. Feel at home in this 3-bedroom home that sleeps 12 and features 2.5 baths and a private patio. This home features a large full kitchen and dining area, a game room with a pool table and foosball, and a free washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals. The large living area flows toward the private patio, offering plenty of room for gathering. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee of $150 for up to one house-trained dog. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. The home sits just a short drive (5.9 mi) from Tampa’s vibrant downtown and 6.1 mi from the bustling Florida Aquarium. You'll have easy access to major highways and a good selection of local businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
