Feel at home in this stunning new luxury 2-bedroom home with peeks of Salt Run and Anastasia State Park. This home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen and an on-site washer and dryer. Each of the 2 king-size bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom and a smart TV with Netflix. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Parking is available for 3 cars. Located a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine and Anastasia State Park, this home is also within walking distance of the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for parties, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
