Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. A Pack n' Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located just over 1 mile from Longwood Medical hospitals, including Boston Children's, Brigham's, Beth Israel, and Dana Farber, this condo offers a short walk or 10-minute bus ride with direct pick-up and drop-off. It is also 1/2 mile to three of Brookline’s town centers: Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village, and Washington Square. Enjoy easy access to transportation with a 5-minute walk to the Green Line C train, a 10-minute walk to the Green Line D train, and a 30-second walk to the 65 bus. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lock-out fee. After your reservation is confirmed, a contract outlining the basic house rules will be emailed for you to review and sign. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
