This home offers gleaming hardwood floors, a large foyer, and a newly renovated eat-in kitchen with abundant white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The generously sized living room offers a comfortable sofa and chairs and a dining table. High ceilings and in-unit laundry make this the perfect place to call home. Parking is available at $15 per night on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A pack n' play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Just over 1 mile to Longwood Medical hospitals (Boston Childrens, Brighams, Beth Israel, Dana Farber), a short walk or 10-minute bus ride with direct pick up and drop off, and 1/2 mile to three of Brookline’s town centers: Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village, and Washington Square. It's a 5-minute walk to the Green line C train, a 10-minute walk to the Green line D train, and 30 seconds to the 65 bus. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lockout fee. If your stay extends beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, and the exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
